what is REVEALING is the logic (or lack of) maintained by bosses. on one hand, we are to we are overstaffed and need to do more with less - then we get bitched out for too much overtime ... gees .. speaking of overtime, i get one day off in this run of 18 ... damn - it's been nearly a year since i GOT to work 20 in a row ... bastards all of them!!
